南芬铁矿1号驱动站喷锚支护参数选取的正交有限元计算分析

    ANALYSIS OF BOLT-SPRAY SUPPORTING PARAMETERS OF LARGE-SCALE UNDERGROUND CHAMBER OF THE FIRST DRIVING STATION OF NANFEN OPEN PIT USING ORTHOGONAL FINITE ELEMENT METHOD

    • 摘要: 本文结合本钢南芬铁矿岩石胶带运输系统1号驱动站大硐室的锚喷支护参数优化问题,成功地将正交设计的思想引入到数值模拟中,用正交有限元试验方法将支护参数的选取对工程稳定性的影响进行了评价,给出了以顶底板相对位移、边帮移动量及塑性区面积为评价指标时锚杆长度、喷层厚度以及喷层弹性模量的最佳参数值,为工程设计提供了理论指导。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, according to the optimization of the bolt-spray supporting parameters in first driving station of Nanfen Mine, the orthogonal design method is introduced into numerical simulation successfully;using the orthogonal FEM experimental method the influence of supporting system on engineering stabillty isanalyzed and the optimal values of bolt length, spray thickness and the stiffness of spray cement are given inconsideration of the relative displacement between roof and bottom and displacernent of border and the area ofplastic zone during construction and as stablilty index. The above analysis will give some theoretical guide toengineering design.
