摘要: 首先,对优势战略矿产资源的概念进行了界定,并介绍了我国优势战略矿产资源的资源概况,在此基础上,分析了我国优势战略矿产资源的问题与出口控制的必要性,最后提出了对策建议。

Abstract: On the basis of giving a definition and introducing the status of preponderant strategic mineral resources,this paper analyzed the problems and the necessity of output control of Chinese preponderant strategic mineral resources.In conclusion,the paper brought forward some countermeasures and advices.
