Abstract: In recent years,national and local have attached great importance to the mining investment environment,have issued a series of policies and regulations to improve the mining investment environment. In order to fully understand the current situation and existing problems of mining investment environment in China,we carried out the 2013 annual survey and evaluation of provincial mining investment environment Chinese work. This paper establishes the evaluation index system of provincial mining investment environment competitiveness,in 31 provinces mining investment environment competitiveness evaluation. The evaluation results show that:the investment environment of mining industry in Sichuan,Guangdong,Yunnan,Jiangxi,Henan,Hubei,Shandong,Inner Mongolia,Gansu,Guangxi,the overall environment is good;some provinces need to further optimize the investment environment in the development of the market of mining rights,access,information services and infrastructure construction.
