Abstract: In this paper,the authors analyze the internal situations and external surrounding faced by Chinese coal enterprises,and with sustainable development as a goal,discriminate and abstract four key strategic factors:the quality and controlling capability of the coal resource,the internal management system and structure,the capital operating capability and the integrated development capability.Finally some strategic suggestions and solutions are put forward to control and mobilize these factors.
