Abstract: In order to cast off albatross for land expropriation and land management after mining,the land-supply for mining land in the range of pilot project was changed from paidly transferring to temporary land use in YPC.The new way of getting land use rights has the characteristics that implement by staged,land supply by staged,return the land as fall due,and getting land use rights temporary.The way of getting land,approval system,compensation mode and exit mechanism were reformed.A series of land management system was established.The reformation was supervised by Ministry of Land and Resources,province,city,country,enterprise and interest-related person.Through the new land-supply mode,the difficulties of getting and exit land use rights were solved effectively.And rich practical experience was provided for the improvement of land management system and the popularization of land-supply model with the characteristic that the land use rights were got temporarily.
