Abstract: Through one hundred years of reform and development,The U.S.oil and gas resource bidding policy have been gradually perfect,The advanced experience is worth our using for reference.The whole process of the U.S.federal continental oil and gas resources bidding program include the resource planning,block evaluation,leasing bid to capture and expend were analyzed in this paper.The Innovative policy suggestionsthat suitable for the current oil and gas resources block bidding worksuggestions with the reality of our countrywere put forward.It’s provides strong reference to the marketization of oil and gas resource management in our country.
