蒙脱石/丁苯橡胶纳米复合材料的制备

PREPARATION OF MONTMORILLONITE/SBR NANOCOMPOSITE

摘要: 采用钙基膨润土经钠化、有机化处理通过插层法与丁苯橡胶混合制备蒙胶石/丁苯橡胶纳米复合材料。对有机土的结构进行了表征。对符合材料的结构及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,纳米复合材料的综合性能有明显提高。蒙脱石的d₀₀₁值成倍增加。

Abstract: Ca-betonite without surface treatment by Na₂CO₃ and SDS,CTMAB were employed to melt blend with SBR via melt interaction to prepare betonite/SBR nanocomposite.The structure of organic bentonite is characterized.The structure and mechnical properties of the nanocomposite were studied also.lt is showed that the synthesis target of the composite is evidently.X-ray diffraction shows that d (001) is raise doublely.
