Abstract: Chinese mining companies should seize the great opportunity in overseas M&A market,form a clear understanding of the current situation and get ready to make a deal in the winter of the market.Meanwhile,the worse the market,the more importance should be attached to every single issue during the M&A process,especially to the verification of the resources and the investigation of the surrounding environment.Based on a real case of China Gold's on-site investigation,this article introduces the resources and auxiliary facilities.Analysis and cooperation advices are proposed according to the existing resources and reserves,resources expanding potential and the current market.
