Abstract: Direct foreign investment is of great significance to China nonferrous metal mining, but there are many obstructive factors, such as low technological level, lack of capital invested, shortage of managing talents, fierce market competition, and so on. Therefore, it is proposed for China nonferrous metal mining to select appropriate mode and region of investment, vigorously cultivate international nonferrous metal managing talents, actively expand overseas financing channels, strengthen risk management of overseas investment, perfect policies of overseas investment while making direct foreign investment.
