从高酸锌浸出渣中浮选回收银的试验研究

    Experimental research on recovering silver from high acid zinc leaching residue with flotation

    • 摘要: 针对甘肃某湿法炼锌厂锌浸出渣组成复杂、粒度细、酸性强的特点,对该锌浸出渣进行了载体浮选回收银试验。试验结果表明,载体浮选可有效回收该锌浸出渣中银。试验确定以AC-0为载体、石灰为pH调整剂、丁铵黑药和GC为捕收剂,通过一粗一精一扫和中矿集中返回粗选的浮选流程,在自然pH(2)和pH=4条件下,分别可获得银品位为3363g/t、回收率为71.01%和银品位为3760g/t、回收率为69.47%的银精矿,实现了锌浸出渣中银的回收利用。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of complicated compositions,fine size and high acidity of the zinc leaching residues produced from a zinc hydrometallurgy factory in Gansu,the paper describes some experiments on recovering silver from them with carrier flotation.The results of the tests show that the silver can be recovered effectively from the zinc leaching residues by carrier flotation.With AC-0 as carrier,lime as pH adjustment agent,ammonium dibutyl dithio phosphate and GC as collectors,through the flotation flow sheet of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging,with the middlings returning to the roughing,at natural pH(2) and pH=4,the silver concentrates with the grade of 3363g/t silver,recovery of 71.01% and the grade of 3760g/t silver,recovery of 69.47% can be obtained respectively.The recovery of silver from zinc leaching residue is realized.
