Abstract: This study establishes a economical theory that for economic relation and administrative system of mining rights about geological survey invested by government. It is a new test for classification of Assets Attribute of Mining Rights and Property Right Relation.With new situation,there are more important significance to address assets issue of mining rights about geological survey invested by government,to promote mining rights management and to correctly treat economic relationship between investor and operational organization in geological survey.
