Abstract: Due to the low nature grade, picking & selecting technology, smelting technology and equipments of iron ore, the iron ore resource recovery ratio is lower. Thus, producing a great deal of iron-gangue ore. Currently, based on solving the iron-gangue ore recovery technology and equipment problems, also based on highly rising extract iron ore price, the iron-gangue ore resource's exploitation and utilization can be processed. The paper brings forward the principle of economy evaluation of iron-gangue ore resource's exploitation and utilization through mineral bed economy grade counting principle. By collecting relating parameters and forecasting extract iron ore price trend, the paper figures out such policy that the 7% of iron-gangue ore critical grade, free tax of iron-gangue ore recovery and half interest of base construction investing loan is a economic condition.
