Abstract: Lack of pricing power,seriously affected the healthy development of the thulium mine industry in china.The thulium price index can play a role in stabilizing the market expected,hedging and price discovering,which is of great significance for the right of international pricing.This paper designs the system of price index of thulium mine industry,including the unit price index and the comprehensive price index.Then,the methods are discussed respectively.
