岩体巷道光面爆破参数的分析与应用

    Analysis of smooth blasting parameter on tunnels in soft-fractured rock mass

    • 摘要: 在强度高、完整性好的岩体中实施光面爆破,通常都能取得较理想的爆破效果。对于软弱破碎岩体,由于各种结构弱面和夹层,以及岩体的振动损伤,按常规法参数设计的光面爆破,一般很难获得较好的爆破效果。针对此类岩体,分析了光面爆破作用机理和作用过程以及岩体损伤特性,基于应力波与爆生气体综合作用原理,提出了不考虑损伤和考虑损伤条件下,光面爆破参数确定的理论计算方法。通过与常用光面爆破参数的比较和现场爆破论证说明,基于爆炸应力波和爆生气体综合作用理论的光面爆破计算公式,适用于软弱破碎岩体及损伤岩体光面爆破参数的确定;软弱破碎岩体的光面爆破,爆炸应力波使炮孔眼壁产生初始裂纹,爆生气体准静压力在裂缝的扩展、贯通过程起了主导作用;光爆层损伤后,周边眼炮孔间距和抵抗线可适当加大。

       

      Abstract: Smooth blasting could bring good blast effect in the engineering of high-intensity and integrity rock mass. parameters design of smooth blasting by Conventional methods in general are difficult to get a better blasting effect in soft-fractured rock mass, Because existing a variety of weak structure surface and rock mass damaged by blasting. For this kind of rock, according to the blasting mechanism and characteristic of damage rock mass, the theoretical formula of smooth blasting parameters is put forward based on conjunct action theory of explosion shock wave and explosive gas-pressure. Validated by compare with common parameters and local explosion examination,the formula can apply to the soft-fractared rock mass.
