Abstract: Through analysis the question of stope production,combining the procreative practice,put forward the mining method of "cut block and subsection, transverse spread and vertical pick",with unattached part mining part pushed the end at once,and each unattached part joined by transition step on time arranging,reduced the quantity of the early days rock,proportion stripping ratio of production,reached production ahead 2 years,strived for the need of mill yun at short time, and with the way of "vertical pick",reduce impoverishment ratio,improved the cutting out ore grade,sloved the problem of production.
