Abstract:
In this paper, according to the present situation of mined-out area stability in Ppaishanlou gold mine, which is from stable to low stable, and the requirements of guarding surfical tailings reservoir, we put forward a comprehensive treatment plan, that is, remaining safety pillars in underground production work face and filling the mined out area by the filling well from the surface. The filling well is excavated by means of VCR technique, drilling holes and blasting in section. The waste rocks and gravel concrete are chosen as the fill material, the former is the main filling material and the latter is used to contact the roof. Relatively, in the north side, because of the better stability of surrounding rocks, making well and filling activities are operated normally. However, in the south side, the gradual filling method is applied due to lower stable state of mined-out areas, namely the filling step by step from better stable areas to less. In the whole process of building wells and filling them, the falling situation of mine-out roof is monitored by drilling holes and an alarm system is established for safety of production work. Besides, a preplan is designed to use yellow mud to fill loose body to form an anti-seepage layer in case of mine-out roof caving to surface. At present, the method is in production and a filling well has been excavated 42 meters by VCR technique. It was proved by the effect of excavated well and theory analysis that this method could adapt to the stability of surrounding rocks of the mine-out areas and a safe, economic and high efficient treatment result of the mine-out area could be reached.
