Abstract: Applied some principles and metheds of modern cybenetics and considered many optimizationrules and disturbance factors, this paper provides the dynamic optimization models of open-pit produc-tion stripping ratio, and discusses why requlate and control the stripping ratio in long-term and short-term by medern cybenetics methed.
