大力推进矿业资本市场建设

PROMOTION OF ESTABLISHMENT OF CAPITAL MARKET FOR MINING INDUSTRY

摘要: 文章针对我国矿业企业融资困难的现状,通过借鉴西方发达国家矿业融资的经验,提出培育我国的矿业资本市场,并在分析国内、国际资本市场的基础上,提出了几点推进我国矿业资本市场发展的建议。

Abstract: China's mining enterprises are facing now the difficulty of financing.Based on analysis of experiences of financing in foreign countries with well developed mining industry,the paper makes suggestion of establishing and promoting the capital market for China's mining industry.
