Abstract: To manage small-scale mines has became important administerial contents for many local departments of land and resources management.Most small-scale mines in the rural this problem also relates to“san nong”problem and development of small town.For technic,facility and so on,the government and the society are bearing the last cost causing from the irrational development of the small-scale mines,about mineral resources,environment,safety.We have to invest a vast capital to put in order of the small-scale mines on resources,environment,safety problems.More important,we should solve these problems from their source,so using comprehensive management and serve to promote the small-scale mines development.
