昭通铅锌矿Ⅰ号主矿体采矿方法探讨

摘要: 昭通市铅锌矿新探明的Ⅰ号主矿体,760m中段矿体平均水平厚度17.93m,最大厚度达43m,Pb+Zn平均品位18.27%。因矿体较为疏松,含较多的硫铁矿,应用上向分层干式充填采矿法回采此矿体时,矿块顶板失稳,空区垮落高度达6m以上。矿山未来计划采用尾砂胶结充填采矿法,但在尾砂胶结充填系统建成之前,两年时间内必须采用一种安全、经济、合理的过渡期采矿方法,这既是矿山正常生产的需要,也为最终实现尾砂胶结充填采矿提供充分借鉴参考。Abstract: TheⅠmainorebody is a new discoverable one of zhaotong lead-zinc mine and the average horizontal thickness is 17.93 m, the maximum thickness reach 43m, Pb+Zn average grade is 18.27%. Using overhand cut and fill stoping dry backfilling method often lead to roof failed in stability and the height of goaf failure over 6m, the main reason is the incompact ore body and the so many pyrite. In order to resolve this issue, the mine will use the cemented filling with tailings mining method in the future. In the two years’ interim period, a safe and oecumenical mining method is necessary, that will be helpful for the normal production of mine and will offer more reference to use the cemented filling with tailings mining method.
