超细石英粉/LDPE复合材料的力学性能研究

    STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF SUPER-FINE QUARTZ POWDER/LDPE COMPOSITE

    • 摘要: 以贵州贵定县粉石英为填料矿物,系统研究了三种改性剂对超细石英粉/LDPE复合材料力学性能的影响,并把其性能和同样填充量下活性钙/LDPE复合材料的力学性能进行对比,得出WD-70改性的粉石英填充LDPE后其力学性能普遍优于活性钙填料,其某些性能例如抗拉强度、断裂强度、硬度都优于纯LDPE,改性的粉石英对PE具有补强作用。

       

      Abstract: Taking the Guizhou Guiding county powder quartz as the filler mineral,influence on mechanical properties of the superfine quartz powder /LDPE composite has been studied.The powder quartz is modified by three kind of surface modification agent.And it is indicate that the mechanical properties of WD-70 modified powder quartz to fill LDPE are best by comparing it with the other,include the active calcium oxide/LDPE composite.Some performances of WD-70 modified powder quartz to fill LDPE are better than LDPE,such as tensile strength,fracture Strength,hardness.The modified powder quartz can make up the strong function of PE.
