铝土矿在球磨机中的选择性磨矿特性研究

    FEATURES OF SELECTIVE GRINDING OF BAUXITE IN BALL MILL

    • 摘要: 以河南、山西铝土矿为原料,采用三种形状的粉碎介质进行了球磨机粉磨试验,考察了各种磨矿方式下的粉碎效率、产品粒度分布以及Al2O3和SiO2的分布情况。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-200目占50%左右时,采用选择性磨矿可以在一定的粒度范围内实现铝硅分离的目的,粗粒级精矿可得到30%以上的回收率;对铝土矿在球磨机中的选择性磨矿特性进行了分析

       

      Abstract: Taking bauxite from Henan and Shanxi Province as raw material,grinding tests have been done using 3 kinds of grinding media.The grinding efficiency,product size and distribution of Al2O3 and SiO2 under different working conditions have been analysed.The results show that the separation of aluminium from silicon can be achieved by using selective grinding under the condition that product size is -200 mesh(50%),and a recovery of 30% at coarse concentrates can be realized.The features of selective grinding of bauxite in ball mill are analysed.
