Abstract: How to orientate the role of mineral reserves management has disputes in our government.It is considered to be basic role or to be cole role in our mineral resource administration.In order to orientating its role,we need to understand its essential containt,and the emphases of our government mineral resources administration.The thesis combs out the containt of foreign mineral reserves management,and provides some advices to our mineral reserves management.
