顾桥矿矿井水深度处理:超滤+反渗透系统设计研究

摘要: 矿井水的大量排放,不仅污染了矿区环境,而且对水资源相对缺乏的中国来说也是一种资源浪费。这部分废水经处理后,可作为生产、生活和生态用水。顾桥矿矿井水外排量维持在3500m3/d左右,其水质呈现高悬浮物、高矿化度的特点。目前该矿已建有矿井水一级净化处理站,但处理后的水质不能达到饮用水要求,所以需要对部分处理后的矿井水进行深度处理。本设计的深度处理工艺流程为叠片过滤-超滤-反渗透,文中给出各环节设计过程和结果。经ROSA软件模拟后显示处理后的水质其各项指标均达到饮用水标准。此外,本文还对设计的工程投资作出了预算,并分析了该工程运行后的效益。Abstract: Large amounts of Mine water in China which has been a waste and keeps polluting the environment can actually be reused in production,daily life and ecology.Mine water discharge inGuqiao coal mine which is3500m3/dis characterized by the high concentration of TDS and chloride.The water quality after the existingtreatment is still not up to the drinking-water standards.So it is necessary to add an advanced treatment which is designed asthe process of laminated filters-ultrafiltration -reverse osmosis.The design processes and results are presented in the paper.It shows the quality of treated water can meet the drinking-water standards by the simulation of ROSA.This paper also presents the budget of the project investmentand benefit of the project implementation.
