Abstract:
In recent years, international crude oil prices continue to soar. The profit of oil companies has a substantial growth. In February 2005,the State Council had issued "the Several Opinions of the State Council on Encouraging, Supporting and Guiding the Development of the Individual, Private and Non-Public Enterprises". The voice on domestic petroleum upstream market grows to greater heights. Although, the marketing significance of Chinese petroleum upstream is unavoidable still the present opportunity is not quite mature. The reasons behind are laws and regulations no perfect, absence of government supervision and management,marketing measure that are yet to be developed and improved etc. Therefore, by adopting step-by-step approach the process to market on China petroleum upstream will gradually complete.
