改性膨润土的制备及其对电镀废水中Pb2+、Cr3+、Ni2+的吸附性能研究

    STUDY ON PREPARATION OF MODIFIED BENTONITE AND ITS ADSORPTION PROPERTY AGAINST Pb2+、Cr3+ AND Ni2+ IN ELECTROPLATING WASTE WATER

    • 摘要: 对天然膨润土进行热处理、酸化处理、离子交换处理等改性处理后,制备出改性膨润土。在静态条件下,研究了改性膨润土和天然膨润土对重金属离子Pb2+、Cr3+、Ni2+的吸附效果对比,同时探讨了改性膨润土对重金属离子Pb2+、Cr3+、Ni2+的吸附条件及吸附机理。含Pb2+、Cr3+、Ni2+的电镀废水经改性膨润土吸附后,废水中Pb2+、Cr3+、Ni2+的含量显著低于国家排放标准。

       

      Abstract: A modified bentonite was prepared,after the natural bentonite had been treated by heating,acidizing and ion exchange.Under the condition of static state,the adsorbing effects of modified bentonite compared with natural bentonite against heavy metal ions as Pb2+,Cr3+ and Ni2+ were studied.The adsorbing conditions and mechanism of modified bentonite against Pb2+,Cr3+ and Ni2+ was discussed at the same time.After the electroplating waste water which containing Pb2+,Cr3+ and Ni2+ was adsorbed by modified bentonite,the contents of Pb2+,Cr3+ and Ni2+ in waste water are prominently lower than discharge standard of China.
