新疆某地钛磁铁尾矿提取含钛矿物的实验研究

Experimental study of extracting titanium mineral from titanium magnetite tailings somewhere in Xinjiang

摘要: 新疆某地钛磁铁尾矿中TiO₂品位为7.14%。根据尾矿的性质,采用强磁抛尾、摇床提纯的联合工艺,获得了产率为24.35%、TiO₂品位为26.29%、回收率为88.77%的钛精矿产品,以及产率为75.65%、TiO₂品位为1.07%、回收率为11.23%的尾矿。

Abstract: TiO₂ grade in Titanium magnetite tailings somewhere in Xinjiang is 7.14%.According to the properties of tailings,adopts strong magnetic discard tailings,shaker purification combined technology,obtain yield is 24.35%,TiO₂ grade is 26.29%,the recovery rate is 88.77% of titanium ore products and the yield is 75.65%,TiO₂ grade is 1.07%,the recovery rate is 11.23% of the tailings.
