旋流除尘器锥体中增效节能的实验研究

    Experimental study on energy saving and efficiency raising of the cone of cyclone dust collector

    • 摘要: 目前,旋流除尘器的增效减阻主要有减小排气直径、改进进出口结构形式直径、排气管减阻装置、安装导向板、安装减阻杆。这些方法都是改变风流流场,使风流流速变小,而没有考虑如何改变锥体中风流流场,从而使风阻减小。而本文正是考虑了上述原因,在锥体中加装导流片,改善锥体风流紊乱程度。另外,加装导流片使锥体避免了"返混"和"龙摆尾"现象发生,从而达到增效减阻的作用。

       

      Abstract: At present,the main methods of resistance reducing and efficiency raising are changing flow filed of airflow, reducing wind speed,such as diminishing the diameter of outlet suction、improving the structrue of inlet and outlet、improving decreasing Pressure Equipment、installing guide plate and installing repds.In this paper,how to improve flow filed of airflow in cone for decreasing wind Pressure is considered. In order to improve the degree of wind disorder,distributors will be installed on the cone which can avoid backmixing and Dragon Tail and reduce resistance and Raise efficiency.
