Abstract:
Systematic research on the posphorite in the different depositional environment such as Xinhua Zhijin, Bahuang Tongren and Songlin Zunyi. The results indicate that fluorapatite or lower carbonate fluorapatite is the main phosphatic mineral in the posphorite of Meishucun Stage of Cambrian in Guizhou. We came to the conclusion that the relations of REE enrichment and environmental are not close. The chemical analyses isillustrate that carbonate fluorapatite had higher levels of REE than clay mineral, dolomite and siliceous mineral. It is suggested that the REE contents in the section increased positively with increasing phosphorite content,and their relationship with biological fossils were not apparent, most of REE is occurred in form of isomorphism coming into crystal defect and crystal interface of carbonate fluorapatite.
