Abstract: This basic frame chart of regional industrial research based on GIS from the point view of economics and information technology is put forward in this paper,and according to that frame,what we should research on the mineral industry of QingHai province is analysed in order to provide the universal spatial analytical method and train of thoughts for the West regional economic development programming.
