Abstract: There are 703 discarded military mines and shells left over in the times of wars in Fuxin city in the recent years,the military mines and shells had lost use value,but the existence of these explosive articles is a great menace to the life and property of the people.On the basis of their features,these mines and shells have been destroyed by use of explosion method.According to the different types of mines and shells used different ways to install explosives;the entire process of the mines and shells transport and the security alert are been introduced in the paper.Expected blasting results reached thanking to the above elaborate construction.
