离子型稀土矿体强度特性试验研究

摘要: 为研究离子型稀土矿体的抗剪强度特性,基于GDS非饱和三轴试验系统,对江西龙南地区典型的离子型稀土重塑矿体开展饱和三轴剪切试验和控制吸力的非饱和三轴剪切试验。研究发现:离子型稀土饱和矿体的应力-应变关系呈弱软化型,稀土矿物颗粒的黏聚力对抗剪强度贡献较小,矿体的抗剪强度主要由矿物颗粒之间的摩阻力承担;非饱和矿体的抗剪强度对基质吸力的变化较为敏感,随着基质吸力增大,吸附强度呈非线性增加,应力-应变关系由硬化型逐渐转变为弱软化型,非饱和矿体的的抗剪强度有所提高,而基质吸力的内摩擦角φb呈非线性减小,表明基质吸力对非饱和矿体抗剪强度的贡献是有限的;利用乘幂函数对基质吸力与吸附强度的关系进行拟合,据此提出适合龙南类型离子型稀土非饱和矿体的抗剪强度公式和有效应力表达式。Abstract: In order to study the strength characteristics of ion-adsorption rare-earth ore,saturated triaxial test and unsaturated triaxial test of controlling matric suction were carried on typical ion-adsorption rare-earth remoulded ore in Long nan of Jiang xi,based on GDS unsaturated triaxial test system,the experimental research have shown that the stress-strain relation of saturated ore body are weak strain softening,cohesion of rare earth mineral particles contributed slightly to shear strength,the shear strength is mainly borne by the frictional resistance.The shear strength of unsaturated ore body has a large sensitivity with matric suction,suction strength increases nonlinearly with increase of matric suction,the stress-strain relation changes from hardening type into weak softening type,shear strength of unsaturated ore body increases,internal friction angle of matric suction decreases nonlinearly,it shows that contribution of matric suction to the shear strength of unsaturated ore body is limited.By using power function to fit the relation between matric suction and suction strength,the shear strength formula for ion-adsorption rare-earth unsaturated ore body of Long nan and effective stress formula were proposed.
