Abstract: This article analyzes problems existed in those Chinese mining enterprises heading for overseas markets and then proposes to establish a “China Overseas Mining Investment Association” functioned in overall management, information collection and release, strategic research study, overseas investment coordination, overseas assistant development and so on for solving those problems.
