鲕状赤铁矿微细颗粒的分散行为研究

    Study on dispersion behaviors of oolitic hematite ultrafine particles in water

    • 摘要: 采用累积沉降法研究鲕状赤铁矿微细颗粒在水中的分散行为特征,探讨了分散方式、分散剂种类、用量和溶液pH对鲕状赤铁矿体系的分散效果及其作用机理。研究结果表明,机械化学分散优于单一机械搅拌分散和化学分散;六偏磷酸钠相对其它两种分散剂而言,具有较好的分散效果;而对于不同的溶液pH研究认为,鲕状赤铁矿体系的分散效果,在酸性条件下,pH为6.2时较好。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,the dispersion stability of oolitic hematite ultrafine particles in water was in vestigated . The disperson performanc and mechanisms of some influencing factor such as dispersion mode,dispersion type,dispersion dosage and pH was discussed. Experimental results showed that compasite dispersion mode is better than single machinery or chemical dispersion,(NaPO3)6 are effective dispersants for oolitic hematite ultrafine particles in water and the better dispersion performance can be got in pH 6.2.
