矿用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱的分选原理及参数控制

    • 摘要: 矿用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱是一种新型高效分选微细粒物料的浮选设备,其影响分选指标的工作参数很多。本文主要讨论了矿物解离度、矿浆浓度和循环泵压力对浮选柱分选指标的影响。此外,简要讨论了浮选柱在选矿回路中的工艺配置问题。

       

      Abstract: Cyclonic-Static Microbubble Flotation Column is a new big type and highly efficient equipment for fine ore separation. This paper discussed three parameters:degree of separation, concentration of mine and pressure of circle pump. Besides, this paper discussed their best cooperators of Flotation Columns and other equipments when using for separating mine.
