基于VMI契约的西气东输供应链ITIO策略及其模型

    ITIO strategy and model of West-East gas transmission supply chain based on VMI contract

    • 摘要: VMI契约在西气东输工程中应用,可以实现库存管理决策权在供需双方重新分配,从而达到供需双方的"沟通与协调"的目的。通过阐述西气东输供应链VMI契约的内涵,设计了西气东输供应链的库存补充与调度的VMI系统,建立了VMI契约下带补货提前期的ITIO模型,运用更新理论的相关定理对该非线性规划模型进行分析,采用数值仿真的求解方法解出不同参数基值和执行策略下的长期平均总成本,对西气东输供应链执行策略的选取和决策具有一定的技术支撑和启发作用。

       

      Abstract: VMI contract reallocates the decision rights of inventory management between the suppliers and the buyers, which can attain the goals of "communication and coordination". The exact attribute of West-East Gas Transmission supply chain is illustrated, the VMI system of the supply chain is designed. The ITIO model is built under VMI contract with lead time. Renewal theories of Stochastic Process are applied to analyze this Non-Linear Programming model. The datum with different parameters and the long-term average overall cost created by the implementation of strategies are obtained by numerical simulation. This study provides a technical support for and insight into strategy selection and decision making of West-East Gas Transmission supply chain.
