      Abstract: This paper analyzes the common questions in mining enterprises works career planning and explores the social relationship network's effect and function for career success through reviewing the foreign social capital theory.This paper also gives the specific strategies and suggestions that how to combine the career development theory and build social relationship networks for mining enterprises workers to achieve career success.
