全尾砂胶结充填体试样强度的尺寸效应试验研究

    Sample size effect on strength of full tailings cemented backfill

    • 摘要: 通过不同尺度的全尾砂胶结充填体配比试验,研究相同质量浓度、砂灰比条件下实验室充填体试样强度与试样形状和尺寸的关系。结果表明:相同浓度与砂灰比的条件下,70.7mm×70.7mm×70.7mm立方体试样的强度最大,76.2mm×152.4mm圆柱体试样强度次之,50.8mm×101.6mm圆柱体试样强度最小。采用线性拟合方法建立了立方体试样与φ50.8mm圆柱体试样,φ76.2mm圆柱体试样与φ50.8mm圆柱体试样之间的强度尺寸效应换算函数,对于探讨胶结充填体尺寸对强度的影响,统一充填配比试验标准,提高充填试验的准确性具有重要借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: This paper presents size effect in the strength of cemented backfill in laboratory testing.The result of test showed that:when concentration and tailings cement mass ratio remained in consensus,the cubes were observed to produce consistently higher strengths than the cylinders,while the 50.8mm×101.6mm cylinders samples possessed less strengths than the 76.2mm×152.4mm samples.Using the method of linear approximation,two size effect conversion functions of the strengths between the cubes and the 50.8mm×101.6mm cylinders,and also between the cylinders were established,which can be a new trigger point of researching size effect in strength of cement backfill and a benefit of the testing standards unification.
