Abstract: Industrial symbiosis system has shown more advantages on many aspects than traditional production mode, such as: improving economic efficiency of enterprises, reducing consumption of natural resources, protection of the environment, and so on.Some Chinese mining areas are exploring actively its effective mode. This paper analyzes the organization mode of industrial symbiosis in the mining area and thinks that complex mixture symbiosis model is optimal mode of industrial symbiosis, based on optimal resources recovery from analysis of Logistic model and the stability of industrial symbiosis network in the mining area. Finally, this paper points out the deficiencies of organizational model of industrial symbiotic systems in Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group and puts forward realization way of optimal mode of industrial symbiosis in mining area, taking Pingmei as an illustration.
