Abstract: This paper which based the decomposition model of energy intensity change analyses the reason on the falling and rising of Chinese energy intensity in the different period,and gives the quantitative energy intensity change results which is affected by energy efficiency change and economic structure change in the different period and the different department.Moreover,this paper analyses the effect on total energy intensity had by all kinds of industries of industry.The conclusion will provide reference for making energy policy for the future.
