Abstract: As mining industry getting more and more prosperous,its side-effects on Ecological system give rise more impact to the ecological environment,these side-effects have been becoming one of major obstacles which prohibit national economy and social development from being more prosperous.On the basis of the cause-effect relation between mining and environment deterioration,it is proposed in this paper that the relationship among economic and social interests,and ecological benefits be taken into serious consideration during minerals resources development,and the correlation between minerals resources utilization and environment protection and human being's survival.It is also suggested that some measures should be taken in some fields such as ecological laws and regulations on mining,and planning and ordered mining,and improvements in traditional mining and ore processing practices,and re-utilization of "waste rock,waste gas and waste water" ,and development and uses of recycled resources and economic rehabilitation.
