Abstract: Mass production, mass expenses, mass abandon,the traditional production model of coal enterprise in our country, has many serious problems, such as the environmental pollution, low production rate, low using rate, low recycling-ratio and so on.. Continuously for a long time hence, The coal enterprise will face many problems like the resources drying up if the production model sustained for a long time. And the coal enterprise will be unable to meet our country economy development need. Therefore, it is necessary for the coal enterprise to develop the circular economy. This paper mainly analyses the necessity of the coal enterprise to develop the circular economy, and carries out thoroughly discussion on the way of developing circular economy of the coal enterprise.t
