Abstract:
The size of the wall shear stress reflect the size of the pipe wear rate,wall shear stress is the important index to evaluatepipeline transportation.Slurry concentration,sand-cement ratio,unclassified tailings-inventory tailings and unclassified tailings-waste rock ratio as the influencing factor,the four factors six level of uniform design experiment scheme was established.Determining rheological parameters of different paste cement-tailing ratios by using plasma type rheometer,the regression analysis of the wall shear stress was done in different level,discussing the influence and contributionbetween the influencing factors and wall shear stress.The results show that slurry concentration has the most important impact on wall shear stress,waste rock takes second place,inventory tailings is the third,sand-cement ratio is last.The two filling ratios that concentration is 80%,sand-cement ratio is 10,unclassified tailings-inventory tailings is 2%,unclassified tailings-waste rock ratio is 4% and concentrationis 79.5%,sand-cement ratiois 12,unclassified tailings-inventory tailingsis 14%,unclassified tailings-waste rock ratiois 10% were determined finally.
