The theory and practice on assessment of public geological survey team construction

摘要: 开展公益性地质调查队伍建设既有理论依据,又有实践依据和政策依据;分析了目前全国公益性地质调查队伍体系的现状,全国公益性地质调查队伍在职总人数是17480人,其中技术人员为13634人,占在职人员的比例为78%;研究了公益性地质调查队伍的评估思路、方法、指标体系和评估标准;评估结果说明省级公益性地质调查队伍绝大部分已建成实体队伍,并在逐步建强。

Abstract: There are theoretical basis,practical basis and policy basis to carry out assessment on public geological survey team construction.Analyzing the current system situation of national public geological survey team,the national system has a total number of 17,480 people,including the technical staff of 13,634 people,accounted for the working staff of 78%.Studied the assessment thinking,methods,index system and evaluation criteria;The results of the assessment indicate that most of the provincial public Geological Survey team have been public service entities team,and gradually building to be strong.
