煤与瓦斯突出过程中层裂煤体的结构演化及破坏规律

    The rule of crack-like coal body's structure evolution and destruction during the coal and gas outburst

    • 摘要: 通过对煤与瓦斯突出物理模拟实验残留煤样的研究而发现,在突出过程中一般会依次产生三种结构的层裂体:")"型的凹面体、"I"型的平面体与"("型凸面体。经分析,层裂煤体的结构演化是地应力、瓦斯压力、煤体的物理力学性质以及缸体壁面的约束等因素共同作用的结果。根据这三种层裂体的结构形状,分别建立了相应的板壳力学模型,通过计算确立了它们破坏临界值的大小关系:凹面体最大,平面体次之,凸面体最小;据此结果进一步推论得出:随着层裂煤体的演化,所需破坏而发生突出的动力随之减小,突出将变得更加容易。

       

      Abstract: By studying the coal residues in the physical simulation on coal and gas outburst and found,there are three kinds of layer crack structure usually appeared in the process of coal and gas outburst in turn: ")"type concave body, "I" type of plane body and "(" convex body.The interaction factors of the structure evolution of crack-like coal body was gotten by analysis,such as ground stress,gas pressure,the physical and mechanical properties of coal and the constraint of cylinder wall.According to the three kinds of structure of crack-like coal body,the corresponding model for mechanics of plates and shells were established respectively,and the size relationship of their damage critical value was obtained by calculating:concave body is the most,followed by flat,convex is least;The further deductions to be drawn based on the results:the outburst will become easier as the destructive and produces outstanding power decreases with the crack coal evolving.
