Abstract: Trade Association plays an important role in trade administration under market economic conditions,It plays a role in service,coordination,trade self-discipline and supervision.As a profession-self-discipline organization,the trade association may take advantage of its talent,technology,and other strengths,so as to find a position in guaranteeing coal mine safe production.We should draw lessons from advanced countries in encouraging the trade association to play a due role.
