Abstract: The paper has analyzed the current situation and the problems of the distribution system of DaiHe coal mining corporation by questionnaires and data,On this basis,concluded the fundamental salaries of the staff and proposed the corresponding salary distribution programmes in accordance with the average level of the salaries of AnHui province,HuaiBei city and its counterparties.
