瓦斯、煤尘共存条件下爆炸极限变化规律实验研究

    Experimental study on the explosion limits change laws under gas and coal dust coexisting conditions

    • 摘要: 采用20L近球形爆炸特性测试系统对瓦斯、煤尘共存条件下爆炸极限变化规律进行了实验研究。研究发现:在本实验条件下,煤尘的爆炸下限浓度随瓦斯浓度的增加而逐渐下降,纯煤尘时的爆炸下限浓度是28.4g/m3,当加入1.70%浓度瓦斯时,煤尘爆炸下限浓度下降到7.8g/m3,且煤尘爆炸下限与瓦斯浓度呈指数函数关系变化;瓦斯的爆炸极限随煤尘浓度的增加发生改变,且与煤尘浓度呈不同的指数函数关系;纯瓦斯的爆炸上限为15.8%,而加入100g/m3的煤尘后瓦斯的爆炸上限下降到了12.8%;瓦斯的爆炸下限随煤尘浓度的增加逐渐下降,纯瓦斯的爆炸下限为5.10%,而加入100g/m3的煤尘后瓦斯的爆炸下限下降到了3.1%。研究结果为煤矿井下瓦斯煤尘爆炸事故的防治提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Using 20 Lnearly spherical explosion characteristic test system, studied the change laws of explosion limits under gas and coal dust coexisting conditions. The study found that:under the experimental conditions, coal dust lower explosion limit decreases with the increase of the gas concentration, pure coal dust lower explosion limit is 28.4g/m3, while adding 1.70% gas its lower explosion limit down to 7.8g/m3, coal dust lower explosion limit and gas concentration are exponential relationship; gas upper explosion limit alters with the increase of the coal dust concentration, pure gas upper explosion limit is 15.8%, while adding 100g/m3 dust its upper explosion limit down to 12.8%; gas lower explosion limit decreases with the increase of the coal dust concentration, pure gas lower explosion limit is 5.10%, while adding 100g/m3 dust its lower explosion limit down to 3.10%; gas upper explosion limit and lower explosion limit were exponential function relationship with coal dust concentration. The study results provided a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of coal mine gas and coal dust explosion accidents.
