Abstract: Coal mine disasters show that safety management of coal mine directly affect safety production, and are deep-rooted causes leading to coal mine accidents. The problems existing in the coal mine safety management are analyzed from the dangerous factors of geological environment, insecure state of the electromechanical devices, workers' insecure behavior and coal mine safety management deficiencies. To solve these problems, safety objective management, which is an advance type of taking-precautions management models, are mainly adopted. The methods are specifically brought forward to the corresponding problems.
