黑龙江省煤矿高温热害分析及防治措施

摘要: 高温热害作为矿井深部开采中新增的主要灾害,不仅严重影响矿井安全生产,而且损害工作人员的身心健康,降低工作效率,因此,必须进行深入分析研究。针对黑龙江省矿区煤层地质条件及生产现状,分析了矿井热害成因,并通过对比分析国内外矿井降温技术,选取了适合黑龙江省高温矿井的降温措施,对于矿井热害治理具有现实的指导意义和参考价值。同时,根据黑龙江省地理特点,提出了治理矿井热害的新措施,该措施具有广阔的推广应用前景。Abstract: Heat-harm is new major disaster of deeply mining,it not only influence the mine safety production seriously but also damage the somatopsychic health of workers and decrease the labor efficiency,so it must be further study.According to coal seam geological condition and production status of mining area in Heilongjiang,the cause of heat-harm was analyzed,and through comparison analysis on drop-temperature techniques at home and abroad,the conformable cooling method to high temperature mine in Heilongjiang was selected.It has practical instructive significance and reference value for control heat disaster.Meanwhile,a new measure was presented based on geographical features of Heilongjiang,which will have the broad prospect in application.
